Welcome to the Parsonage! In the 150-year-old kitchen of the former Lovettsville parsonage, we make our old-fashioned soaps by hand using only fine ingredients of the highest quality. We blend olive, palm and coconut oils with extra emollients such as avocado oil, cocoa butter and jojoba oil to create gentle bars which give a silky feeling to your skin-you'll notice the difference! Organically-grown herbs from the Parsonage garden and pure essential oils provide color, special healing qualities and fragrance. Each hand-cut bar is unique in shape, color and texture, making our soaps a delight to all the senses. Unlike some commercial products, soaps made at the Parsonage contain no detergents, chemicals or petroleum products and are never tested on animals.
